Day 23

Today my body was quite stiff.  It was not so easy to concentrate at first, but I was filled with love for Michelle, which is a great feeling.  I tried especially hard to focus for the body scan, which is not my forte!  When we got to the breathing part, it's never been so easy to be still in my mind.
